Invest In Hurghada Property

Hurghada property seems to come into question every time I ask my friends about what overseas property to invest in. The weather here is bloody cold and wet so I really wanted to own a small property outside of the country where I can go to during the chilly months. After doing alot of research on Hurghada, I found out that it used to be a tiny little fishing village that can be found right on the Red Sea. However, a few decades ago, canny property investors in Europe and other countries developed Hurghada largely because of its potential as a tourist resort, particularly for Europeans like me who cannot stand the cold in the UK.  Below are some of the reasons why buying a property in Hurghada is a good move:

The weather is the primary reason why I am seriously considering investing in a Hurghada property. In Egypt, you experience the summer all year round. So, even during the colder winter months, you can still expect to get a sun tan and enjoy the beaches of Hurghada. For someone who is suffering from arthritis, I really cannot bear winter in London so it is really a treat to spend the colder months in a beautiful property in Egypt. Besides, with a 35-km stretch of beautiful sandy coast, anyone can still find a piece of property that offers easy access to the beach.

Although I would like to buy a beach retreat, I really do not want to invest in a quiet area. I love a place where I can enjoy my isolation, but at the same time that is filled with recreational activities. Since this Egyptian resort is a haven for tourists, there are lots of things for me, my family and friends to do in the area. The nightlife, golf courses, and shopping in this part of Egypt are considered world class so I could not ask for anything more. In fact, Hurghada is seen as the centre of water sports in Egypt. In this respect, investing in a Hurghada property is really a good idea.

Another factor in favour of investing in a Hurghada property is its affordability. However, I imagine that prices of homes in the Hurghada will increase in the next few years as more people learn about this part of Egypt and as more luxury hotels and establishments invest in the area.
