Third, do they use professional tools.  This will help you see if a company is professional and will provide quality work.

Fourth, you are going to want to check to see how long their business has been around.Like a lot of things, longevity speaks loudly and shows that you are working with a solid company.

Lastly, you want to get any past references of past customers.Nothing provides better validation or speaks louder on the quality of work that a company can do than previous customers.This lets you see how well they have done in the past.
