Ya’ll empathize? It’s crucial to understand that specifically like immigration reform, specifically as in short sales, in celebrating shortsalepowerhour.com, and what we desire to do today is speak on the subject of Mindset Monday…sounds a little like Sabado Gigante, no?

So, we are gonna chat concerning Mindset Monday… Mindset – when you are closing a short sale, it’s important to know who you are talking to, and against whom you are working. It’s essential to know the route of what goes on. As in the immigration practice, the difficulty is not citizens(Mexicans or latinos), nor is the problem the people at the lender(it’s not your negotiator or processor or seller), the dilemma is basically the RED TAPE and procedure following. It’s bureaucracy…it’s crucial to know that the system is out of order.

Moreover, with lenders, the system is not working. When you are talking with a negotiator or person at the lender, it’s not that they want to be unaccommodating, it’s that they are disempowered to adhere to procedures and not to reason. They are just committed to ‘procedure # 9, or what their superior told them, or they are working with the ‘way it’s for all time been done’. Ya’ll understand this?

It’s imperative to be ready to go around these guidelines and go outside the box to break the box or go around it to improved your condition. You have to escalate the telephone habitually…comprehend?

ESCALATE ESCALATE ESCALATE!!!!!!!!!!! Outside of the rules, over the guidelines, through the policy, by the person you are talking to…it’s extremely important to do anything it takes and whatever you have to do. Ya’ll with me?
