Apartment House Riches – The Secret To Wealth

There is in my opinion nothing better than Apartment Investing to build wealth. I went to the top 3 teachers on apartments to learn how to do it. The best three in the market are Monica Main, David Lindahl and Austin Davis. I have bought many programs from gurus on it and they have the best of them.

David is by far the most expensive and the most well know, marketed and the best promoter. Monica Main has just as much if not more in depth printed training in her program for 10% of the price. David has a live bootcamp costing $4,000 and the others do not. Although Monica is starting to do live events now.

Austin is the longest investor having been in it over 30 years, almost 3 times as much as David and Monica. He is not a great promoter or marketer though. Monica has the slowest and least helpful support staff. Austin has the best support staff, but you have to be a mastermind member to get good help after 60 days. Monica does not really help you get funding personally, but gives you a list of places to try. David just works with private money, but it seems to be hard for anyone else to access and you have to pay 4 grand to even work with him. There are many reports that say David did not partner with his students who went to bootcamp. Some sites and reviewers are claiming the same about Monica now too. They do have reports too though with happy students.

On cost, Monica has the lowest priced program, but Austin is right behind her and David is out of the ball park on price. Monica has the most stuff in her program, with David behind her. Austin covers just funding and not much else in his programing. I think the best way to go is to get Monica’s program first. Austin’s is the next best to get and the best for funding for anyone on deals. David’s bootcamp is full of pump you up motivation and will spur you on.
