Monica Main is she a for real investor?

Who is Monica Main and is she for real? I started researching on how I could get into commercial real estate investing last year and I came across a program she has on how to buy poperty.

When I started searching for her online a while back I found many websites but the best site I found for information about Monica Main was on Squidoo. I just found out she has a criminal record from the squidoo report about her but its not as bad as I thought it would be. She has been acused and convicted of losing money in her tradiing program but it looks like she may have found her niche in real estate.

So far I am not sure what I think about Monica Main and her program. I am still doing research to see what I can find out.

I have been wondering if she can really do this with no money down. I am tired of talking to local bankers who can’t do anything to help me. She knows how to do it she says in her program and I want to know if she really can do what she says she can. I figure though at just $99 bucks she has priced her program way under the price of other programs and that is more in my budget. I’d like to find another program too that is like this but Ive yet to find one.
